Feedback form system that truly answers product questions, in a conversational way.

I see some kind of interests in this as the efficiency is easily measurable and there is a real ecosystem to build around.

The whole picture could be something like this:

• The actual form product, driven by a llm to answer a set of questions given by the product team, and also trying to understand what led the user to answer in a certain way.
• A dashboard for the product team.
• Possibility to integrate with project management tools such as Jira, Trello or Linear, or even connect directly to the codebase to have PRs automatically created when a user reports a bug or a feature request.
